Scope & Challenges

• Heavy mold & algae after 10+ years untreated
• Nearby flowerbeds needed chemical protection
• Previous oil-stain residue in high-traffic zones

Process

1. Site Prep – Moved furniture, taped outlets, pre-soaked plants with clean water.
2. Apply Detergent – 3% sodium-hypo + surfactant foamed on at 60 PSI; 10-minute dwell.
3. Low-Pressure Rinse – 600 PSI rinse; fanned 25° tip to avoid wood fuzzing.
4. Brighten – Oxalic acid neutralizer restored natural cedar tone.
