We milled cedar fascia to match the profile and treated any remaining wood with borate. Lead-safe practices (RRP) used throughout scrape-prep.

The homeowner chose SW Classic Light Buff for shakes and Rookwood Dark Green for trim—both approved by the local preservation board.

Soft-wash detergent; lead-safe scraping with vac-sander.

Cedar board replacement, epoxy fill, oil-based bonding primer.

Spray & back-brush 2 coats Emerald Rain Refresh Satin.
